Professional Services Portfolio

    System Assessments
    The first step to improving the efficiency, complying with DCAA requirements, and bidding accurate rates is to perform a System Assessment. In our System Assessment we will collect your requirements and execute a needs analysis that includes your timeline, resource planning, your contracts requirements, DCAA complaint procedures, and IT and technology infrastructure will be included. Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a report identifying gaps in software, personnel, training and processing. We will also verify your indirect rates calculations based on financial information you provide.

    Rapid Deployment of Systems
    Based on the requirements defined and the completed System Assessment we can rapidly deploy a pilot system for validation testing and strategy on DCAA compliance, indirect rates and pricing.  This allows you to see your data in the new system quickly and get started using your new system.  We also have created templates to rapidly configure your system and get you up and running quickly. We understand time is money.

    18 Month System Plans
    Using a team approach, Solvability works with your organization to develop an 18 month financial systems plan. Solvability works with your company to determine current needs and plans for growth.  With your input, we develop an 18 month plan incorporating your requirements for HR and payroll, timekeeping and accounting, program management and financial reporting and DCAA compliant accounting practices. This plan will include software, training, additional capabilities and staffing for the current year and the next year.  From this plan, we give you the options on how to proceed, how much to spend and when each phase should start and stop.

    We leverage our partnerships with best-of-breed product providers to bring you a full range of resources to choose from as your operations grow and evolve.
